During the summer months over which daylight saving operates, Athletics Wanganui holds its club nights every Tuesday evening, commencing at pm, with training being undertaken on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Wanganui Cycling club events and training take place in the velodrome every Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon.
